Where are you?

We are situated on Bradford Road in Batley, West Yorkshire. The closest landmarks are Tesco store and Arc car wash. We also have a map and route planner on the contact page.

Do you offer a design service?

We offer a complete design service for Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms. Feel free to take advantage of our Free service by visiting us at the showroom or by calling for a home consultation.

Where do you deliver to?

We mainly deliver to UK mainland only however we will happily arrange delivery internationally. Please contact us for further details and shipping costs.

What if my item is damaged upon receipt?

All of our items are packaged securely and our couriers are also responsible handlers. When your item is delivered it is your responsibility to check for any damage. All couriers are allotted a small amount of time for you to inspect your delivery. In the unlikely event that there is damage you must write "item damaged" on the delivery note. If it's not possible to inspect the item you must write "item unchecked" on the delivery note. You must then contact us within 7 days for us to be able to action your claim.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all of the major credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal through our Ebay store.

When will i receive my order?

We aim to deliver within 7 working days for items ordered through our Ebay store. Orders placed in our showroom may be longer depending on the size of your order.

Can i buy online?

All of our online sales are through our Ebay store.
